ATENÇÃO: alunos de Graduação, especialização e pós doutorádo é obrigatória a inserção de declaração da instituição de ensino. Antes de preencher a ficha de inscrição, tenha o documento digital para incluir no momento do registro de inscrição.

CANCELAMENTO DE INSCRIÇÃO
A solicitação deverá ser encaminhada ao e-mail financeiro@sbmicrobiologia.org.br até o dia 01/09/2025, informando o número da inscrição, o nome completo do inscrito e os dados para depósito em conta corrente.
Serão restituídos 70% (setenta por cento) do valor da inscrição, descontadas as taxas operacionais e bancárias.
As devoluções serão efetuadas entre os dias 06 e 10 de novembro de 2025.

É imprescindível que, inicialmente, os participantes efetuem o preenchimento de suas inscrições, através do formulário de inscrições em grupo, disposta na aba Inscreva-se Aqui
It is essential that, initially, participants complete their registrations, using the group registration form , available in the Register Here tab.
1º — Eleger um responsável que fará o preenchimento das informações e recolhimento dos valores
1st — Elect a person responsible for filling in the information and collecting the amounts
2º — O responsável preencherá a tabela com os dados de cada participante, a forma como deseja pagar a inscrição e enviará para o e-mail prixeventos@prixeventos.com.br . 2nd — The person responsible will fill in the table with the details of each participant, the way they wish to pay the registration fee and send it to the email prixeventos@prixeventos.com.br . 3º — Para inscrições nas categorias Aluno de Graduação, Aluno de Pós-Graduação (Mestrando / Doutorando / Especialização SBM) e Pós-doutorado é obrigatório o envio de uma DECLARAÇÃO emitida pela instituição de ensino, com data inferior a 30 dias, informando a modalidade do curso: GRADUAÇÃO; PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO (Mestrando/Doutorando) ou PÓS-DOUTORADO, e o semestre/ano que o aluno está cursando, para o e-mail: prixeventos@prixeventos.com.br . 3nd — For registrations in the categories Undergraduate Student, Postgraduate Student (Master's/PhD/Specialization SBM) and Post-doctorate, it is mandatory to send a DECLARATION issued by the educational institution, dated less than 30 days ago, informing the course modality: UNDERGRADUATE; POSTGRADUATE (Master's/PhD) or POSTDOCTORATE, and the semester/year that the student is studying, to the e-mail: prixeventos@prixeventos.com.br . 4º — Após o recebimento, a secretaria executiva realizará o cadastro em sistema e enviará por e-mail os links e informações para finalização do pagamento.
4th — After receipt, the executive secretary will register the payment in the system and send the links and information to complete the payment by email.
5º — Caso haja alguma desistência e o GRUPO fique inferior a 10 inscrições o desconto aplicado será cancelado e cobrado o valor pago a menor.
5th — If there is any withdrawal and the GROUP has fewer than 10 registrations, the discount applied will be cancelled and the amount paid below will be charged.
6º — O desconto será concedido somente ao inscrito que efetuar o pagamento com recursos próprios.

RECIBO / RECEIPT
Após a confirmação do pagamento em sistema, o participante recebe via e-mail o link para geração do recibo.

ÁREA RESTRITA / RESTRICTED AREA
O acesso a Área restrita do participante acontece mediante a inserção do seu cpf no campo usuário e a palavra “participante” no campo senha.
Access to the participant's restricted area occurs by entering your CPF in the user field and the word “participant” in the password field.
Ao entrar na Área Restrita você poderá atualizar os seus dados cadastrais, imprimir recibos e certificados.
