O envio de Resumo deverá ser realizado impreterivelmente, até o dia 30/07/2025 em INGLÊS ou PORTUGUÊS
The abstract must be submitted by July 30, 2025 in ENGLISH or PORTUGUESE.
OBS.: Os resumos que forem inscritos para o Food Micro, esses sim têm que ser OBRIGATORIAMENTE submetidos em Inglês.
NOTE: Abstracts submitted for Food Micro MUST be submitted in English.
Serão aceitos somente 2 (dois) resumos por inscrição.

INSTRUÇÕES PARA SUBMISSÃO / SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Título: com no máximo 15 palavras, escrito em português ou Inglês (Food Micro).
Title: with a maximum of 15 words, written in Portuguese or English (Food Micro).
Apresentador: preencha o nome completo em maiúsculo que o sistema converte para o padrão ISSN automaticamente.
Presenter: fill in the full name in capital letters and the system will automatically convert it to the ISSN standard.
Autores: insira o nome completo dos demais autores, não sendo necessário repetir o nome do apresentador, pois o sistema já o coloca na frente dos demais.
Authors: enter the full names of the other authors. There is no need to repeat the presenter's name, as the system already places it in front of the others.
Coordenador/Orientador: preencha com o nome por extenso do coordenador/orientador que o sistema converte para o padrão ISSN e insere ele como último autor automaticamente.
Coordinator/Advisor: fill in the full name of the coordinator/advisor, which the system converts to the ISSN standard and automatically inserts him/her as the last author.
Instituição: insira neste campo a instituição de cada autor
Institution: enter the institution of each author in this field
Resumos: deverão ser escritos em português ou inglês(Food Micro), ter no mínimo 1800 e no máximo 3500 caracteres (com espaços) e conter breve introdução, materiais e métodos, resultados, discussão e conclusões.
Abstracts: must be written in Portuguese or English, have a minimum of 1800 and a maximum of 3500 characters (with spaces) and contain a brief introduction, materials and methods, discussion of results and conclusion.
Os caracteres do Título, Autores, Instituições, Palavras Chaves e Agências de Fomento não serão contabilizados.
The characters of the Title, Authors, Institutions, Keywords and Funding Agencies will not be counted.
Não serão aceitos resumos encaminhados pelos Correios ou e-mail.
Abstracts sent by post or email will not be accepted.
Serão consideradas somente contribuições científicas inéditas, originais e no escopo do evento, sendo vedado ao autor submeter revisões bibliográficas, trabalhos já publicados ou pesquisas em fase de planejamento. Agradecimentos às agências de fomento são opcionais.
Only original, unpublished scientific contributions within the scope of the event will be considered. Authors are prohibited from submitting bibliographic reviews, previously published works or research in the planning phase. Acknowledgments to funding agencies are optional.
O Resumo não deverá conter citações bibliográficas, nem lista de referências bibliográficas.
The Abstract should not contain bibliographic citations or a list of bibliographic references.

Cabe ao(s) autor(es) assinalar(em) a área de conhecimento do trabalho. Entretanto, a Comissão Científica poderá remanejar o trabalho para outra área se achar mais adequado.
It is up to the author(s) to indicate the area of knowledge of the work. However, the Scientific Committee may reassign the work to another area if it deems it more appropriate.
Inscrições com envio de resumos não pagas até 30/09/2025 terão seus resumos cancelados sem prévio aviso.
Registrations with abstracts not paid for by 09/30/2025 will have their abstracts canceled without prior notice.
Todos os Resumos aceitos serão publicados nos Anais ONLINE de Resumos, desde que o autor que enviou o resumo esteja com a taxa de inscrição no congresso quitada.
All accepted Abstracts will be published in the ONLINE Abstract Proceedings, provided that the author who submitted the abstract has paid the congress registration fee.
A Comissão Organizadora descartará os Resumos que não atenderem a essa exigência. Todos os trabalhos serão apresentados em forma de pôster.
The Organizing Committee will discard abstracts that do not meet this requirement. All papers will be presented in poster format.
SOBRE A CONFECÇÃO E APRESENTAÇÃO DO PÔSTER / ABOUT THE MAKING AND PRESENTATION OF THE POSTER
O pôster deverá ser afixado de acordo com a programação, que será elaborada pela coordenação científica do evento, sendo obrigatória a presença do apresentador durante o período estabelecido.
The poster must be assembled according to the program, which will be prepared by the scientific coordination of the event, and the presence of the presenter during the established period is mandatory.
O pôster poderá ser confeccionado em Português ou Inglês. (preferencialmente em inglês).
The poster can be made in Portuguese or English (preferably in English).
Fixar o Pôster entre às 13hs e 14hs do dia de sua apresentação. As sessões de pôsteres serão realizadas nos dias 26 e 27 de outubro de 2025 das 19hs às 20hs de acordo com a programação do evento. Caso o apresentador não esteja presente, será facultado à Comissão Científica o fornecimento de certificados. O tamanho máximo do pôster será de 1,5 m. de altura por 1,0 m. de largura.
The poster must be displayed between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the day of the presentation. The poster sessions will be held on October 26, and 27, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., according to the event schedule. If the presenter is not present, the Scientific Committee will be authorized to provide certificates. The maximum size of the poster will be 1.5 m. in height by 1.0 m. in width.

Caso o pôster não seja fixado, os autores serão impedidos de apresentar trabalhos por dois congressos consecutivos.
If the poster is not fixed, the authors will be prevented from presenting papers for two consecutive conferences.
O pôster deverá apresentar / The poster must include:
a) título / title;
b) autor(es) / author(s);
c) introdução / introduction;
d) material e métodos (quando pesquisa); diagnóstico ou plano de tratamento (quando casos clínicos) / material and methods (in the case of research); diagnosis or treatment plan (in the case of clinical cases);
e) resultados e conclusões / results and conclusions;
f) referências bibliográficas / bibliographical references.
A responsabilidade pela segurança e possíveis danos ao pôster, é única e exclusiva do apresentador A Comissão de Avaliação dos Pôsteres e a Secretaria do Congresso não se responsabilizam pelos pôsteres não retirados dos painéis após o término da exibição.
The responsibility for the safety and possible damage to the poster lies solely with the presenter. The Poster Evaluation Committee and the Congress Secretariat are not responsible for posters not removed from the panels after the end of the exhibition.

Durante a avaliação online dos resumos o avaliador determina quais serão aceitos ou recusados e poderá indicar quais resumos tem mérito para concorrer ao prêmio de melhor trabalho.
During the online evaluation of abstracts, the evaluator determines which ones will be accepted or rejected and may indicate which abstracts have merit to compete for the best work award.
Após a avaliação o inscrito receberá uma carta de aceite ou recusa em sua área reservada. Não será informado sobre a pré-seleção para concorrer ao prêmio.
After the evaluation, the applicant will receive a letter of acceptance or rejection in their reserved area. They will not be informed about the pre-selection to compete for the prize.
Todos os resumos aceitos serão apresentados em forma de pôster.
